From the M25 take the exit at junction 13 and take the A30 towards Sunningdale following this road by passing Egham and continue into Sunningdale. As you cross the railway by the station in the centre of the Sunnningdale take the first right hand turn into Charters Road. Continue along Charters Road and Sunning Avenue is the second road on the right hand side.
From the M4 exit at junction 10 and take the A329 towards Bracknell continue along this road and follow it as it bypasses Bracknell towards Ascot. As you enter Ascot with the race course take the right hand turn onto the A330 Station Hill towards Ascot station and proceed along this road until Sunning Avenue comes up on your left hand side. Once in Sunning Avenue Queensbury House will be on your left hand side.
From the M3 exit at junction 3 and take the A322 towards Bracknell, then take the A30 towards Sunningdale and then take the A330 towards Ascot. Sunning Avenue will come up on your right hand side and Queensbury House is on the left hand side as your drive down the road.
