Brownfield Sites; We specialize in recycling brownfield sites and currently over 95% of our developments are on previously used land including gardens and commercial land, which exceed the current government requirements of 60%.

Refurbishment; We have a great deal of experience in converting existing buildings including barns and offices. This has enabled us to maximize the efficiency of the buildings therefore enhancing the value of the land.
